Welcome to Full Flow Fitness

Here at Full Flow Fitness you are not defined by how much you weigh or what you look like! Its all about keeping you happy and healthy.
We specialise in injury rehabilitation in the form of movement and nutrition.
This is done in three steps - Pilates, resistance training and nutrition coaching tailored to you as an individual.
As an individual you can choose which step suits you. You have a choice, pick one, two or all three steps of our formula.

From working with thousands of clients for more than a decade, The Full Flow Formula has been carefully put together with a clinical and functional approach. This formula is made up of three different steps.

1. Pilates.
This is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, he called this method Contrology. The art of controlled movements, which is in the style of a workout. Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength, develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on body alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, improving coordination and balance.

2. Resistance Training.
This is any exercise that causes the muscles to contract against an external resistance with the expectation of increases in strength, tone, mass and endurance. The external resistance can range from weights, rubber bands and your own body weight.

3. Nutrition.
This is food and drink we put into our bodies, almost like the fuel to our car. It helps power us with energy, helps us recover from exercise and keeps us healthy to fight illnesses. What you put into your body has a massive effect on what you body can do on a daily basis.
