My goal is to relieve your pain
Many injuries are caused by muscle imbalances within our bodies. Many factors can cause these imbalances - our posture, the way we move and previous injuries. This can put to much pressure on some muscles and weaken others.
An example of this is the pressure on our spine that can be caused by the way we sit, stand and move which potentially can cause back pain.
Pilates exercises promote an even musculature throughout the body by strengthening the core. These are the deep abdominal muscles, which help to maintain spinal and pelvic alignment.

Resistance Training has lots of mental and physical benefits. These benefits are such as - increased muscle strength and tone, which can protect your joints from injury. Research has also shown that resistance training can improve weight management, mobility, flexibility, stamina, balance, bone density, sleep patterns, self confidence and well-being. Also being able to help with conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, back pain, osteoporosis, blood pressure issues and depression.

Loving your body on the inside as well as the outside
Eating a good, nutritious diet offers numerous heath benefits that keep you mentally and physically well. Good nutrition doesn't mean starving yourself, but instead means eating a balance of lean proteins, carbs and fats. 
Having a healthy balanced diet can have benefits on heart health, bone and teeth strength, higher energy levels, brain health and weight control.
